Brother Kai Pierce grew up in Southern California and now attends Cal Poly as a Wine and Viticulture major. He is the head of the grievance committee for Phi Kappa Psi, Cal Eta. The grievance position is responsible for enforcing the rules outlined in the chapters bylaws. It is a serious position that requires focus and a knowledge of parliamentary procedures in order to insure the safety and proper functioning of the chapter.
